The French venture capital firm Demeter and the Navarrese Clave Mayor have invested 7.5 million Euros in the solar energy company Eurener. Thus 20% of the shares are now held by these companies specialized in capital management; whereas the remaining percentage of the shares remain in possession of the three partners founders of the company.
The new investments will allow Eurener to extend its facilities and raise its production capacity up to over 30 megawatts compared to the 8 megawatts produced at the moment. Eurener's order book already amounts to 18 Mw and its photovoltaic modules are certified by the prestigious German TÜV Rheinland certification. Moreover the company offers a 10 years guarantee for its products the best offer on the market. Therefore the company positions itself as one of the main photovoltaic manufacturers in the country.
